Seminar: Types:

 Seminar are organised at a managerial level which are divided into the following four categories- 

1. Mini Seminar: The objective of a mini-seminar is to hold discussion at a lower level, on a specific issue. It is useful at the formative stage 

2. Main Seminar: Such seminars are organised by some department or an institution once either in a week or a month, as scheduled.

 3. National Seminar: In such seminars, the subject authorities are called upon and the expenditure is incurred by the organisation. The venue and the norms are pre-determined. 

4. International Seminar: Such seminars are arranged by national organisations and the report of the seminar is vital and has a far reaching effect.

Seminar: Objectives: 

In democratic organisations, the seminars at subordinate levels play a vital role through which the intellectual and emotional objectives are achieved. Following are the main objectives of a seminar: 

1 Developing tolerance, in fact, on antagonistic views and ideas.

2. Developing positive attitude towards the opinions and viewpoints of others.

First of all, in a seminar, the subject of discussion is selected. People from various organisations are invited to participate in the seminar.
